How to order

Click on the e-mail link and write your order including any product codes, sizes, colours, when you need delivery and contact details.

Due to the vast amount of products we have available we don't keep every item in stock so it will take 24 hours to order in to us so if your order is urgent please allow enough time for us to process your order.

If you require any embroidery or printing please let us know quantity, colours, size and position of design on the garments and we will give you a quote before any work takes place.

We would require payment by cheque payable to Sommer Design with any order you place.

Please contact us if you have any questions if we don't answer the phone straight away don't worry we might be printing or doing embroidery, leave a message and we will return the call straight away.

We fully guarantee all our products and will replace any faulty goods as long as they have not been abused.

Once an item has been printed or embroidered we can not remove the embroidery or printing so please make your order details are correct.

Delivery

We use Business Post 48hr Courier Service to deliver all of our parcels which must be signed for. Up to 10 kilos for delivery in England cost £8

Any order value over £500 is free delivery
Any smaller weight Items we will send by post to keep the delivery cost to you at a minimum.
