Embroidery Setup

There is an embroidery setup charge which covers the cost of having the design digitised and a jacquard made. This is a one off charge as when we have done this your design is stored for any orders in the future and there will be no need to pay for another setup charge. For standard letters only in very straight forward design there is no set up charge ie names or wording in straight line or circle. To create the jacquard we require you to supply your design to us in the following formats preferably by e-mail .jpg, .tif, .gif, .bmp. If from coreldraw or illustrator cdr, .ai, .eps, please be sure to convert the artwork from text to curves first otherwise we may not be able to read the same font that you have sent. Embroidery setup is normally charged at £9 per 1000 stitches . An average company or club logo is approximately 4000 stitches. We would need to have your design to give you an estimated cost of making the jacquard. Letters cannot be embroidered less than height 5 millimeters or .22 inches. If lettering is any smaller you will not be able to see the letters clearly, unless there is a stable fill background under the lettering. We charge for the actual embroidery based on how many stitches are in your design and this will be quoted to you before any embroidery takes place. Printing

Heat Sealed Printing System

Using a very thin soft matt finish film which is applied under high pressure and heat.
This gives a print that will not crack or peel off, that stretches and is washable up to 60 degrees and can be tumbled dried or ironed at low temperatures. This product is used for hockey team shirt numbering, club logos, promotional and hockey club team hoodies, sweatshirts, polo shirts and baseball caps.
Colours: Black, White, Red, Navy Blue, Light Blue, Sky Blue, Royal Blue, Orange, Brown, Yellow, Lemon Yellow, Pink, Burgundy, Purple, Bottle green, Light Green, forest Green, Grey Metallic Gold and Silver.
 
We also can print on jackets using a special print that will stick to nylon ideal for Hockey training jackets, safety work wear and sports bags.
Colours: Black, White, Yellow, Lemon Yellow, Pink, Orange, Red, Navy, Royal blue, Light Blue,
Light Green, Bottle Green, Forest Green, Grey, Silver, Gold, Flourescent Orange, Flourescent Pink and Flourescent Green.

We can produce multi-colour logos with vibrant colours and fine detail.
For long multi colour and long print runs we use transfers especially on some team wear we use a sports transfer print that is used by many top clubs and companies please e-mail for quote.

No set up charge for simple designs very complicated design may have a set up charge.
